Before Making an Appointment:
Lidocaine appointments can only be made in-person or telephone and requires full payment for the injection upfront.
Insurance does not cover these injections.
Please remember that all previous policies, including late or no-show policy still applies.
You may schedule sessions for one or more hours at a time.
More than two hours incurs an “extended appointment” fee, starting at $200 and goes up from there.
In you are self-pay you will be required to pay a deposit for the appointment in addition to the cost of the injection.
There is also a waitlist that you can join also.
First come, first serve only with limited availability.
Please contact your primary care provider to ensure you are eligible for the injections.
Yes, you do have sign the consent EVERY TIME.

Total Cost of Lidocaine Injections will be $50/per session or $125/per month for 4 injections ($75 off). Injections do not roll over each month.
